Polarity
All dual width units have reversible polarity (except for 10kV
units) via a screwdriver select polarity switch ac- cessible on
the top panel. The setting of the polarity switch is indicated
by illumination of either the POSITIVE or NEGATIVE LED indicator
on the front panel. The 10kV models have a fixed polarity output,
either positive or negative as ordered, and cannot be reversed.
Output Voltage Control
Output voltage is continuously adjustable over the full range
from 0 to maximum voltage by means of the cali- brated digital
front panel voltage controls. Output voltage can also be remotely
programmed over the full voltage range from a remote 0 to -- 5
volt source. Program input impedance is 2 megohms minimum.
A switch on the rear panel selects either LOCAL or REMOTE programming of the output high voltage.

Stability: 0.01%/hr, 0.02%/8 hrs (after 30 min warmup)
Temperature Coef: 50 ppm/'C over the range 0 to 50'C
Accuracy: 0.25% of setting plus 0.05% of maximum voltage plus res-
olution
Currant Foldback: Output current will foldback to approximately 50% of
maximum when an output current greater than 120%
of maximum is detected. Output voltage will auto-
matically recover upon removal of the excessive out-
put current
